It's no coincidence that National Hand Washing Awareness Week falls during the beginning of flu season. That's because one of the most important things you can do to stay healthy and prevent spread of illness is washing your hands. Do yourself (and everyone around you) a favor by getting chummy with soap and water.

How to Wash Your Hands
It sounds simple, but if you aren't washing for as long as it takes to hum the song "Happy Birthday" twice, you may be doing it wrong.
